This enchanter mirror matchup revolves around poke efficiency and shield timing. Lulu's Glitterlance (Q) outranges Milio's Ultra Mega Fire Kick (Q), so she can harass from safer positions. However, Milio's Warm Hugs (E) provides both a shield and movement speed, making it easier for his ADC to dodge your Q.
